1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut in chunks
1/3 c. oil

In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes onto baking pan or cooking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring potatoes occasionally.
