GINGER CHEESE BALL | |
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 to 2 jars Spice Island crystalized ginger, cut into sm. pieces 2 sm. pkg. crushed almonds, toasted (10 minutes at 400 degrees, stirring occasionally) Combine cheese and ginger. Roll into 1-2 balls. Chill in waxed paper. Roll in almonds. Chill for 2-3 days if possible. Serve with Ritz crackers. |
