PUMPKIN CRISP 
1 lg. can pumpkin mix (2 c.)
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
2 sticks butter, melted

Line a 9"x13" pan with wax paper. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon together. Pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mix. Pat nuts onto this. Melt butter and pour over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. After this is baked, turn pan over and take off wax paper immediately.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. Cool Whip
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix and frost crisp when it is cooled off.
