2 (21 oz.) cans pie filling (cherry, peach, apple, etc.) 1 box Jiffy cake mix (white, yellow, chocolate, spice) 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped (if desired) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spoon pie filling into 9 x 13 inch pan and spread evenly. Pour dry cake mix on top of pie filling. Dot entire top with butter. (Add nuts now if desired.) Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
