CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
8-inch graham cracker crumb crust

Melt chocolate chips in microwave on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool.

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and butter until smooth. On low speed, blend in chocolate. Fold in whipped topping until blended. Spoon into crust. Cover. Chill until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
