CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING 
4 slices bread
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
Dash of salt
1 pt. hot milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Break bread into pieces in 8 inch baking dish. Add dry ingredients. Pour hot milk over mixture and let it soak in. Then add beaten egg and vanilla. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve with cream, whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
