TARRAGON MAYONNAISE | |
1 tsp. dry mustard 6 egg yolks 1-1 1/2 c. oil 10 leaves tarragon, minced 1 tsp. vinegar Salt & pepper to taste Whip egg yolk in mixer until smooth, then add all ingredients except oil. Then slowly add oil while mixing the egg yolk and all other ingredients until smooth. Use on chicken or fish. |
