PARTY POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Pour potatoes into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Salt and pepper and cover with onions. Mix the rest of ingredients together and pour on top of potatoes. Slightly blend together. Cover with corn flake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
