OVEN FRIED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
2 tbsp. cornmeal
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Dash salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter, melted
Lemon juice

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

Cut fish fillets into 2 x 1 1/2 inch pieces. Mix cornmeal, bread crumbs, salt, paprika, dill weed and pepper in plastic bag. Dip fish into milk, then coat in cornmeal mixture.

Place fish in a "PAM" sprayed 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Pour butter over fish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cook uncovered until fish flakes easily with fork (about 10 minutes).
