OVEN FRIED FISH 
1 lb. white fish fillets
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Mix butter, lemon juice and seasonings. Dredge fish in mix. Roll fish in bread crumbs. Spread 2 teaspoons oil in baking dish. Put fish in baking dish and sprinkle with any remaining seasoning mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 475 degrees for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
