OVEN-FRIED FISH 
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
Dash pepper
1 lb. fish fillets
1 1/2 tbsp. skim milk

Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dip fish in milk and roll in cornflake mixture. Place in non-stick or lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 4.
