OVEN-FRIED FISH (DIABETIC) 
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
1 lb. fish fillets
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. skim milk

Combine corn flakes, celery salt, onion powder, paprika, and pepper. Dip fish in milk; roll in corn flake mixture. Place fish in nonstick baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until brown.

Yield

6 - 2 oz. servings. Each serving may be exchanged for 1/2 bread - 2 low-fat meat.
