BANANA AMBROSIA RING 
1/4 c. coconut
1/3 c. maple syrup
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. biscuit mix
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. mashed banana
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Mix coconut, maple syrup, 2 tablespoons melted butter. Spread over bottom of mold.

Combine biscuit mix, 3 tablespoons sugar, banana, egg, and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Pour half over first mixture. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon, 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle over batter. Cover with remaining batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Invert to unmold.
