HAM AND EGG BAKE 
7 slices french bread
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. diced ham

Crumble bread and spread in greased pan place ham and cheese over bread. Pour beaten eggs and milk with seasonings over all. Refrigerate overnight is okay. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes a 9 x 13 pan, 10 portions.
