HAM AND EGG BAKE 
8 slices bread
1 1/2 c. diced ham
1 1/2 c. diced or shredded American or cheddar cheese
7 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter

Grease a 9 x 13 cake pan, and line the bottom with bread slices. Cover bread with diced ham and cheese.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add mustard, milk and salt. Pour over ham and cheese layer. Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.

To bake: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove pan lid and sprinkle with the cornflakes and butter mixture. Bake 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
