PASTA CHEESE SALAD 
2 c. spiral noodles (can substitute shells)
1 c. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes

Boil noodles until soft (about 5 minutes). Drain. Add cubed cheeses, tomatoes and mix thoroughly. Pour dressing over top and stir through until all coated. Refrigerate about 1/2 hour before serving.
