IMPOSSIBLE CHERRY PIE 
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Streusel (see below)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Beat milk, sugar, baking mix, butter, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour into plate. Spoon cherries over top. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake until knife comes out clean, about 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with warm reserved syrup from cherries.

STREUSEL: Cut 1 tablespoon firm butter into 1/4 cup Bisquick, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon until crumbly.
