OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
2 env. Knox gelatin
1/3 c. cold water
1/3 c. boiling water
5 egg whites
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Dissolve gelatin in 1/3 cup cold water. Add boiling water and blend well. Let cool. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually, then vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip and gelatin. Pour into square dish lined with 3/4 of the crushed Oreos. Top with remaining Oreos.
