1 pkg. Oreo cookies (1 lb.)
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, soft melted
1 can Hershey Chocolate Fudge topping
8 oz. cool whip

Grind 2/3 cookies. Mix with 1/3 cup melted butter. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Add ice cream and freeze until solid. Then spread fudge over ice cream. Spread cool whip over fudge; spread remaining 1/3 crumbled cookies over top.
