Ritz crackers, about 7 c. crumbled
1 can asparagus, cut up & drained
1 can mushroom soup
American cheese slices (for top)

In 1 quart greased casserole, assemble all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
