K.'S FAMOUS GLAZED STEAK 
6-8 pieces fresh cube steak
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Dash garlic powder

Mix all ingredients well. Soak steak in mixture at least 2-3 hours. When ready to fry, lift out of the mixture and gently drain. Place in very HOT skillet with almost no grease. The trick is to sear the meat done, turning only once. Variation: Add chili powder to spice the meat. Best served with large slice of onion.
