GLAZED SWORDFISH STEAKS (WEIGHT
WATCHER'S)
 
2 1/4 lb. swordfish steaks
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. ketchup
1/2 sm. garlic clove
1/4 tsp. cornstarch
2 lemon wedges

Combine orange juice, soy sauce, lemon juice, ketchup and garlic, pour over fish and marinate at least 30 minutes. Remove fish. Cook marinate over medium heat, add cornstarch to thicken. Brush half of mixture on fish and grill 3 to 4 minutes. Turn, brush with remaining mixture and grill 3 to 4 minutes longer. Serve with lemon wedge.

Used the George Foreman grill. Turned out excellent. A bit fishy and not quite as thick as Halibut. I will definitely make this again!
