HOT PEAR MINCEMEAT 
4 fresh pears or 1 can drained pear halves
1/4 c. water or pear juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Bake pears at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, if fresh. If canned, just warm. Cover with sour cream, brown sugar and spices. Let sit in hot oven until serving. Great garnish for meat.

#1:
1 sm. can mincemeat
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix all of the above. Pour over pears and bake.

#2:
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
A little nutmeg
