BUTTER BRICKLE ICE CREAM DESSERT 
30 Hydrox cookies
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. Butter Brickle ice cream
1 sq. bitter chocolate
2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
2/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. butter

Crush cookies and mix with 1/3 cup melted butter. Spread in 9 x 13 pan and freeze a short time. Add 1/2 gallon butter brickle ice cream and freeze.

Cook 1 square bitter chocolate, 2/3 cup evaporated milk (a small can), 1/4 cup butter, 2/3 cup sugar, pinch of salt (optional) and cook 3 minutes and cool. When cool spread on ice cream and return to freezer.
