CROCK - POT FRENCH BEEF 
2 lb. beef chuck, cut into 2" pieces
Flour
Pepper to taste
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked

Coat beef with flour and pepper. Brown in shortening in skillet. Place in crock pot. Add soups, mixing well. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender. Serve over noodles. Garnish with sesame seed (optional).
