SHRIMP AND LOBSTER SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove crushed garlic
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 lb. cooked and cleaned shrimp
1 1/2 tbsp. Chinese brown gravy
2 pkgs. George Washington seasoning (in grocery soup dept.) or 2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. hot water and 2 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. water

Saute beef. Drain off fat. Add egg, garlic, sugar and mix well. Dissolve seasoning in 1 cup water. Mix cornstarch in 1/4 cup water. Add soy sauce. Pour over hamburg. Add brown gravy then shrimp. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes (if too thick add water). Serve over hot white rice.

RICE: 1 cup long grain white rice to 2 cups cold water. Wash rice until clear. Bring rice and water to boil. Simmer very low for 20 to 25 minutes.
