HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 oz. sour cream
1 can chicken soup or mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
8 to 12 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. cornflakes or potato chips
1/4 c. butter
1 (3 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes

Mix first four ingredients. Stir into hash brown potatoes. Crush cornflakes. Melt butter and pour over flakes. Place potato mixture in casserole dish. Top with cornflakes. Cook 1 hour at 350 degree oven or until bubbling.
