SALSA 
1 lb. tomatoes (approximately 6)
2 large onions (1 yellow, 1 purple)
6 to 10 assorted peppers (jalapenos, green chilies and banana peppers)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

Dice tomatoes, onions, peppers and chilies; season to taste. Chill and serve. This can be adjusted for mildness, depending on the type of peppers you use. Be creative. Use yellow, orange and red banana peppers.

Makes approximately 1 quart.
