JOAN'S BARBECUE RIBS 
SAUCE:

2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars baby food peaches
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. black pepper

3 1/2 - 4 lb. baby back ribs

Mix all ingredients cold. Cook ribs in oven or over barbecue. Baste with sauce until done.

Sauce keeps well in refrigerator and can be doubled. Also great on beef ribs.
