ZUCCHINI WALNUT BREAD 
1 c. walnuts
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tbsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini

Put eggs, oil, and zucchini in blender. Blend until smooth. Combine dry ingredients; add blended ingredients and mix well. Add raisins, nuts, and vanilla; pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
