OYSTER CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 qt. oysters
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. oyster juice
Grated sharp cheese

Mix bread and crackers crumbs together, add melted butter. Spread 1/3 of this mixture on bottom of casserole. Arrange drained oysters on top of the crumb mixture and layer. Put grated cheese on top, pour milk and oyster juice over casserole before adding final cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
