TROPICAL BREAKFAST TREAT 
1 ripe mango, (about 1 pound, peeled and sliced)
1 med. size banana
1 c. plain non fat or low fat yogurt
2 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender process until smooth. Serve in tall glasses, adding more ice if desired. Makes 2 servings. Per serving: 259 calories, 12 g pro, 54 g car, 1 g fat, 5 mg chol, 154 mg sod.
