BREAKFAST ON THE RUN 
1 banana
1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. plain low fat yogurt
Nutmeg
1/8 c. wheat germ
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. sugar substitute

Slice banana and freeze overnight. In morning blend together all ingredients, including frozen banana slices, until smooth. Garnish with nutmeg. Calories: 132 (1 serving).
