KAHLUA PIE 
1 pkg. famous Nabisco wafers (crushed)
1 stick butter

Combine crushed wafers and melted butter. Press into bottom and up sides of 2 deep pie pans. Freeze 1 hour before adding filling.

FILLING:

1/2 gal. coffee ice cream
1/4 c. Kahlua

Soften ice cream in bowl. Gently fold in Kahlua. Fill both pie shells equally. Freeze several hours or overnight.

SAUCE:

4 1/2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
Pinch salt

Melt chocolate morsels, butter, sugar, milk and salt in saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly 10 minutes until it thickens. Freeze for 10 minutes. Then cool in refrigerator. When cool pour over both pies. Sprinkle with slivered almonds if desired. Makes 2 deep dish pies.
