KAHLUA PIE 
1 qt. plus 1 pt. chocolate ice cream
2 qts. coffee ice cream
8 tbsp. Kahlua
3 tsp. instant coffee
12 to 14 Heath bars, chopped
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Shaved chocolate
Chocolate cookies, chopped
About 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix cookies and melted butter together. Press into springform pan. Put ice cream in a bowl to get soft. Dissolve coffee in kahlua (heat kahlua a little to dissolve); let cool. Chop Heath bars, beat ice cream in mixer. Layer chocolate ice cream, chopped chocolate cookies, Heath bars to springform pan, do the same with the coffee ice cream; freeze. When ready to serve, whip the cream and put it in a pastry bag and pipe rosettes on top. Then the shaved chocolate on top of the cream.

This cake is just great for a large crowd, I serve it when I have a gold group and we aren't supposed to fuss. It is easy and every one loves it!

Lady fingers can be the crust if desired instead of the chocolate cookies. Just lay them in the bottom of the springform pan and stand them up on the side of pan.
