EASY CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks, saving whites for meringue
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch. Add milk and beaten egg yolks. Pour in unbaked pie shell and dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Whip egg whites plus 4 tablespoons sugar and spread over pie after it's done. Return to oven to brown meringue.
