HOMEMADE WHITE BREAD 
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. Crisco
2 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
2 eggs
7 c. flour

Mix yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in lukewarm water. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Knead on floured board for 5 to 10 minutes. Place ball of dough into large buttered bowl and cover with towel. Set in warm place for 30 minutes to 1 hour to rise. Punch down and let rise again. Divide dough and form into loaves. Place in buttered pans. Cover with towels and let rise again. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
