1 devil's food cake mix
1 can (2 c.) chocolate pudding or 1 pkg. (2 c.) cooked chocolate pudding
1 egg
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Blend cake mix, pudding and egg. Beat 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Sprinkle on chips and nuts (press in lightly with spatula). Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
