S'MORE PIE | |
1 1/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar 6 tbsp. melted butter Combine and mix well. Press firmly on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes. FILLING: Combine 2 cups milk, 2 egg yolks, gradually add to 1 (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla pudding mix in a saucepan. Cook according to package directions. Cover with wax paper until cool. Place 1 cup tiny marshmallows over cooled crust. Top with 3 (3/4 oz.) milk chocolate candy bars, broken in pieces. Spoon pudding over chocolate. Beat 2 egg whites with 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until soft peaks form. Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar and continue beating to stiff peaks. Spread over pie, sealing to edges of crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool before serving. |
