VEAL FIESTA 
2-3 lbs. veal (pork or chicken can be substituted)
1 bottle chili sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown meat. Add tomato sauce and cocktail sauce. Simmer for about 45 minutes or until meat is tender. When done, mix water and cornstarch. Add to meat to thicken gravy. This recipe has a little tang! Serve over cooked egg noodles.
