CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
CAKE LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
16 oz. can chocolate syrup

Or you can use 1 pkg. Fudge Brownie mix.

MINT CREAM LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. water
3/4 tsp. mint extract
3 drops green food color

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, combine cake layer ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely in pan. In small bowl, combine mint cream layer ingredients; beat until smooth. Spread over cake. Cover; refrigerate. In small saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate topping ingredients. Remove from heat; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Pour over chilled dessert. Cover and chill 1 hour.
