BREAKFAST BURRITOS 
4 eggs
3 to 4 1/4 inch slices of Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 sm. tomato
1 sm. onion
2 oz. chopped ham
Dash salt
Dash pepper
Dash Lawry Season-all
Dash garlic powder
8 tortilla shells
Salsa
Sour cream

Fry chopped onion and cubed tomatoes in butter. Add ham and fry until thick. Add beaten eggs When eggs are cooked, add cheese. Season to taste. Spoon egg mixture into tortilla shells. Add sour cream and salsa. Roll up and eat.
