TEXAS CORNBREAD 
3 c. self-rising cornmeal
4 eggs
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. green peppers
1 c. diced onions
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Blend all together. Grease pan; butter top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Can be frozen.
