SAUCY SHORT RIBS 
3 lb. short ribs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. can tomato sauce or ketchup
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake short ribs, covered, for 1 hour. Saute onion and diced celery in butter, add to remaining ingredients. Simmer on stove for 10-15 minutes. Pour over ribs and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
