BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. thawed and drained, frozen chopped broccoli
1 jar Cheez Whiz (8 oz.)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
6 tbsp. butter

Saute onions in 3 tablespoons butter, add flour, salt, water. Cook; add Cheez Whiz and beaten eggs. Place broccoli in casserole. Pour sauce over, stir. Melt 3 tablespoons butter; add crackers and sprinkle. Bake 350 degrees, 45 minutes.
