BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen cut broccoli
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. liquid from broccoli

Cook broccoli and rice as directed on package. Saute pepper and onion in butter. Add Cheez Whiz, diluted soup with liquid from broccoli and add to cheese, pepper and onion mixture. Alternate layers of rice, broccoli and sauce until used up, in 2-quart dish. Can make one large casserole or 2 small ones. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
