BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 3/4 c. rice
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
4 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) Cheese Whiz
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli

Cook rice according to package directions. Chop pepper, onion and celery and saute in butter. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain and add Cheese Whiz. Combine soups, rice and vegetables with broccoli and cheese. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Add grated cheese to top last 5 minutes of baking, if desired.
