BROCCOLI 'N RICE CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked rice (or prepared Minute Rice)
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. jar processed cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. herbed dressing bread crumbs

Cook broccoli. Heat the soups (undiluted). Stir in the cheese over low heat. Mix in onions, celery and peppers. Stir in rice, butter and 1/2 the dressing mix. (Reserve other half of sprinkle over top.) Stir in the broccoli. Bake in a large casserole dish for 15 to 20 minutes (until bubbly).
