3 VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen or fresh broccoli
10 oz. pkg. brussel sprouts
1 head cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can French fried onions

Cook broccoli and brussel sprouts together as directed on package. After 5 minutes add cauliflower. Cook all 3 ingredients until tender. Drain. Put all ingredients (1/2 can of onions) in casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes more.
