CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP RAISIN
COOKIES
 
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 to 1 1/2 c. raisins

Cream butter until soft. Add brown sugar and sugar, beating after each addition until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time and add vanilla. Sift together flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Sift the flour mixture into creamed mixture. Then add chocolate chips and raisins.

Wrap dough and chill thoroughly (3 hours or longer). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place dough on cookie sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes.
